The upper face is made of ASA (Acrylonitrile -Styren Acrylate) material, which has excellent durability and retains the colour and mechanical properties of the sheets even when exposed to extreme and continuous adverse weather conditions such as UV radiation, frost, humidity. The main body is produced from PVC which is known for its durability.
Transport and installation of the sheets is easy due to its low weight and high strength.
They can be used either as a roofing material or as a cladding material in new or existing structures.
It is an ideal solution in case of roofs with asphalt tiles that have crumbled over time. The plastic tile sheets are simply screwed over the existing asphalt tiles, thus eliminating the risk of damage from potential rainfall during the dismantling of old asphalt tiles.
It is also an ideal solution for roofs with old asbestos asphalt roofing tiles (elenite) that need to be replaced for health reasons, but also because of possible wear and tear.
They are an excellent solution for roofing balconies and terraces or for the construction of bowers, as they offer an excellent aesthetic effect and good thermal insulation. Measurements have shown that at an ambient temperature of around 25 °C it achieves a reduction of around 9 °C.
It offers many advantages over both traditional and metal tiles.
